Who I Help
I believe nutrition care should feel supportive, personalized, and sustainable.
I work with clients to understand the why behind their chronic symptoms and build realistic strategies to help them feel better.
I believe in working on the foundations: healthy nutrition, managing stress, getting good sleep, finding exercise that you enjoy, and finding purpose in your life. That’s how one goes from surviving to thriving.
We all need support, especially when we are embarking on a healthier lifestyle journey.

Free Discovery Call
This is a 10 minute complimentary call for me to learn what you are struggling with, a space for you to ask me questions, and to see if we’re a good fit to work together. If we decide to proceed, I will send you intake paperwork to fill out.
Intake
This is our first in-depth session together. We’ll review your health history, nutrition patterns, lifestyle factors, and goals to get a full picture of your needs. Together, we’ll identify areas of focus and create a roadmap to your healing.
Follow Ups
Follow-up sessions are for supporting progress over time. We’ll talk about how things are going, assess changes in symptoms, nutrition habits, and lifestyle factors, and adjust your care plan as needed to continue meeting your goals.
